Mochiago Pilot Agreement

Mochiago is currently a privately operated test concept for collectible inventory, pricing, photo review, vendor browsing, reservations, offers, and show-day trade workflows. Features may change, fail, be unavailable, or be removed while the site is being tested.

Ownership

Mochiago, the site name, branding, code, workflows, databases, recognition systems, page designs, and related business concept belong to the site owner. Creating an account, uploading items, testing the site, giving feedback, or using Mochiago does not transfer ownership of the site, brand, software, data systems, business idea, or intellectual property to any user.

User Content And Responsibility

Users are responsible for the photos, text, prices, notes, listings, offers, and other content they upload or enter. Users must not upload illegal, offensive, misleading, infringing, unsafe, or inappropriate content. Users must only upload images and information they have the right to use.

Photo Review Before Public Display

Photos uploaded by non-admin users are held for review before they are visible on public vendor pages. Admin reviewers may approve, reject, remove, or re-review uploaded images. Approval means only that the image passed a basic site review; it does not authenticate the collectible, guarantee condition, verify ownership, or guarantee pricing.

Prices And Recognition

Recognition, OCR, AI matching, price estimates, and provider data can be wrong or incomplete. Users and vendors are responsible for checking item identity, condition, grade, variant, asking price, paid cost, sale price, and all pricing data before relying on the information.

Authenticity And Condition

Users and vendors are responsible for confirming that collectibles, cards, slabs, coins, and other items are real, accurately described, and not counterfeit. Mochiago does not authenticate items, guarantee grades, guarantee condition, or verify that an item is genuine.

Transactions

Mochiago is currently a tool for inventory, browsing, offers, reservations, and vendor recordkeeping. Mochiago does not handle payments, transactions, shipping, meetups, delivery details, trades, refunds, disputes, taxes, or deal terms. If a user wants to contact a vendor, Mochiago may provide the vendor's contact email, and the user and vendor are responsible for working out all details directly.

Trades, payments, fulfillment, taxes, disputes, refunds, authenticity decisions, pricing decisions, meeting arrangements, and legal compliance are the responsibility of the users and vendors involved unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Vendor Internal Use

Vendors may use Mochiago at a show or in person as an internal pricing, offer, intake, sale tracking, or recordkeeping tool even when the other person does not create a Mochiago account. That internal use does not make Mochiago a party to the deal. Vendors are responsible for explaining their own offers, prices, item descriptions, payment expectations, meetup details, trade terms, and sale terms to the other person.

Vendors may not tell a customer or seller that Mochiago verified, endorsed, authenticated, guaranteed, approved, appraised, or backed a deal unless Mochiago has provided that statement in a separate written agreement. If a vendor creates or records an in-person deal inside Mochiago, the vendor remains responsible for the transaction and for any claims made to the other person.

Testing, Access, And Moderation

Accounts, collections, listings, images, offers, and access may be reviewed, limited, corrected, removed, or disabled to protect the site and other users. The site owner may add moderators or reviewers later. Users who continue using Mochiago agree to follow the current rules shown here.
